The surround is a printed foam ring that slides onto the board with no tools or fixings, and the Plasma is an aluminium lighting ring that mounts to the wall over the board and surround.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eThe longer sisal gives the fibres more depth to absorb a dart's energy and close behind it, which is what keeps the surface flat and the segment lines sharp over time, while the compressed inner core takes the impact that would otherwise loosen the bed. Density Control wire concentrates fibre density in the doubles, trebles and bull, the areas that wear first, and the angled ultra-slim wiring sits at 60 degrees so a dart landing on a wire is guided into the scoring bed rather than rebounding. The laser-cut steel number ring rotates a full 360 degrees without being removed, so the board can be turned to move wear off the treble 20 in seconds, and the board mounts on pre-drilled steel threads with three Rota-Lock levellers, set with the bullseye 1.73m from the floor.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eThe surround runs from a 436mm inner opening out to 675mm, adding roughly 120mm of catching area so stray darts hit foam rather than the wall. The Plasma carries 132 natural warm white LEDs rated at 2000 lumens around its inner face, directing light onto the board from every angle so darts already in the board cast minimal shadow across the trebles.
