DELIVERING YOUR ORDER

Please note that Darts Online does not operate on public holidays or weekends. 

Darts Online offer delivery Australia & New Zealand wide. We also offer the option to upgrade your order to Express Shipping. The rate will be calculated at checkout. 

We use Australia Post or New Zealand Post for the majority of our deliveries. For oversized orders such as dart boards, surrounds, lighting and cabinets we may use couriers such as Aramex or Couriers Please.

Priority Express is our fastest delivery option. All orders placed prior to 2pm EST or 12pm WST will be shipped the same day. In most cases, you will receive your order the next business day if you live in a metro area. 

When your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email notification.

Most deliveries in Australia will take between 1 and 6 business days and will depend on location. Most deliveries in New Zealand will take between 2 and 7 business days and will depend on location. We take no responsibility for any loss or damage to goods occurring in transit that do not have insurance added. 

If you opt for "Safe Drop" we take no responsibility for any missing packages.

If your address is incorrect or your item is unclaimed and it is returned to us there will be a $12.85 return to sender fee.

 

RECEIVING YOUR PARCEL

The majority of our parcels require a signature upon delivery. If nobody is home to receive the parcel, our courier will leave a card including instructions of how to arrange the pick up or redelivery of you parcel.

If there are any faults or damages to the products you received please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
