We offer shipping from a range of courier services. When checking out, you will see an estimated delivery time. These times vary depending upon your location and the service you choose. These are only estimates and can vary form time to time.

The moment your parcel is scanned out of our warehouse, we will email you a tracking number along with a direct tracking link. You can track your darts from our door right to your dartboard.

If your order has not yet been despatched we will happily make changes or cancel your order for you.

If you need to make a change, please call or email our team as soon as possible with your order number.

Unfortunately, once an order has been handed over to the courier, we cannot alter or recall it.

We pack all of our items as securely as possible to ensure they are delivered in the best possible condition.

In the unlikely event you have received a damaged or incorrect item, take a photo of the item along with the packing slip you received with the parcel and send them to us in an email.

We will arrange a replacement or credit as soon as possible.

If you purchased the wrong dart item or simply changed your mind? No worries. We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be 100% unused, undamaged, and inside their original, unopened packaging.
